In order to rent equipment with Victory Production Rentals LLC we will require the following:
1. New Business Account Application (Following)
a. Please allow for one full business day to set up your account from the time we have received your completed application with all the necessary documents.
b. Completed documents must be signed by an owner or partner for the company.
c. Provide industry related professional rental business references that may be contacted for verification.
d. Must be completed by the production company that is providing the insurance.
2. Terms and Conditions
a. Must be agreed to and signed by an owner or partner for your company.
3. Certificate of Insurance
a. Must present a certificate of insurance (COI) naming Victory Production Rentals LLC. as additional insured and loss payee. This must have a Miscellaneous Rented Equipment Floater for the complete current market replacement value of the equipment you plan to rent. ***Note: Please be sure that the new rental application matches the name and address in the “Insured” section of your insurance cert.***
Before ANY equipment can leave Victory Production Rentals LLC, we must receive a VALID Certificate of Insurance that contains the following provisions:
A. Coverage for Rented Equipment:
a. Commercial General Liability: Minimum limit of $1,000,000 per occurrence & annual aggregate
b. Automotive Liability: $1,000,000 combined single limit
c. Aircraft Liability (If shooting from an aircraft): $5,000,000
B. The Additional Insured / Loss Payee clause must read:
Victory Production Rentals LLC is added as “Loss Payee” and “Additional Insured.”
a. Coverage of Equipment Rented must include equipment from all sources, for full replacement cost, and cover "All Risks" of loss or damage on a worldwide basis with no locked car exclusions”.
4. Credit Cards
A valid Credit Card (not a Debit Card) must be provided to secure all rentals.
Complete Credit Card Authorization Form
Prepayment is required for any new accounts. Preferred method of payment is a check. We also accept bank wires and credit cards. Incase of a credit card, there will be a 3.9% non-refundable service fee on any credit card charges.
5. Photo ID
Victory Production Rentals LLC requires a valid government ID (Drivers License or Passport) be presented at the time of rental.
Please be sure to fill out ALL required information, as this will delay the release of the equipment.
